BlueHost customer service has kind of mixed reviews. Their customer support is not quick compared to other competitors like SiteGround’s customer support. But they’ll definitely help you to solve your issue. Also, they got nice documentation articles and videos on their YouTube channel.

Site Migrations Aren’t Free

Most of the web hosting companies offer one-time free site migration service, if you have already hosted your site on somewhere else. But unfortunately BlueHost doesn’t provide that service for free. They charge a ‘migration fee’ of $149.99 to do that and they will not transfer more than 5 sites and 20 email accounts.

Their cheapest introductory plan ($2.95 a month) comes with a few strings attached. Means, to purchase the hosting plan at $2.95 monthly rate, you’ll have to pay for the 36-months. If you decide to pay for the first 12 months, then the rate will jumps up to $3.95 per month.
